We need someone who is passionate about service and sales to join our team and provide our clients with outstanding account management support.

We are looking for outstanding business to business account manager to join our growing team.  Professionalism, commercial ethics and an absolute commitment to service are the cornerstones of our business and we want people who reflect these values to be the face of Digital Island for our clients.

This is a very important role for us as you will be dealing with our clients every day, on the phone and face to face.  You’ll be managing multiple priorities, making commercial decisions to maintain the great client relationships we enjoy and interfacing with our operations and project management teams to ensure issues are resolved and expectations met.

Selling into your account base is an important aspect of the role.  You’ll be working with some of our largest (medium enterprise) clients and your ability to cross-sell and up-sell will ensure Digital Island is the leading provider of telecommunication products and services within that client environment.

What do you need to make this awesome opportunity yours?

• Proven B2B account management experience preferably within the Telco or IT industries
• An organized approach to your work and accountability for the results 
• Strong commercial and relationship management skills
• Be able to demonstrate your ability to grow accounts through a consultative sales process
