We are members of the Telecommunication Dispute Resolution scheme. This is a free and independent service to help work out disputes between consumers and telecommunication companies. Their job is to investigate complaints fairly. They listen to both sides of the story and look at the facts. It costs nothing for a consumer to use the service.

We are also members of the Telecommunications Carriers’ Forum (TCF), which plays a vital role in the New Zealand telecommunications industry by working collaboratively on the development of key industry standards and codes of practice that underpin the digital economy.
