Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your Digital Island account. To be set up for payment via direct debit simply complete and return our direct debit form to the following address:

PO Box 8560 Symonds Street Auckland 1150 We will then load the form and send the form to your bank to activate at their end. Once set up, we will automatically debit the outstanding amount on your Digital Island account from your bank account ten days after you are sent your monthly invoice. Direct Debit Forms received between the 1st and the 20th of each month are loaded to begin making payments in the following month. Forms received after the 20th of each month, are loaded to begin making payments two months following receipt of the form. Credit Card
You can make a one-off Credit Card payment or regular monthly payments. Please call customer services on 0800 999 010 with your account number and credit card details.
Electronic Payments
You can transfer funds directly from your bank account to our bank account as a one off payment. Digital Island's bank account details are:
Name: Digital Island Limited Please note that we require your Digital Island Customer Number to appear as a reference with this payment so that it can be entered against your account. Your Digital Island Customer Number is found at the top right hand side of your monthly invoice. Cheque
Post your cheque along with the remittance advice section from the bottom of your invoice to the following address:
Digital Island Communications In Person
You can visit any branch of the Westpac bank and make a deposit into Digital Island's bank account. As with internet and telephone banking, you will need Digital Island's bank account details. Just fill in a deposit slip with Digital Island's bank account details and include your Digital Island Customer Number as a reference so we are able to allocate your payment to your account. Your Digital Island Customer Number is found at the top right hand side of your monthly invoice.

Please allow 4-5 working days for your payment to be processed and entered onto your account once we have received it. If you believe that we should have received your payment by now but it has not appeared on your account, you may be asked to provide further information to allow us to search for your payment. 5. When is my invoice due?
Digital Island's billing cycle runs from the 1st to the last day of each month. Accounts are invoiced shortly after with payment due on the 20th. Automatic payments are the best way to settle your account. Our customer services team are happy to set up a method that best suits your business, please call 0800 999 010 during business hours. 6: How can I view a breakdown of my toll calls?
Your monthly Digital Island invoice contains a breakdown of all calls made for the month prior. If you require call information during the billing month please contact customer services or your account manager. 7. How can I close my account?
To close your account, please call 0800 999 010 between 9:00am and 5:00pm weekdays. Or email us at customer.services@digitalisland.co.nz Please note: On fixed services there is a minimum term, and a fee is applicable if the service is cancelled inside this term.
