Samsung Galaxy S II

1. Power Phone On/Off - Press and hold power button on right of phone.  Select Power off option from menu.
2. Key Lock - Press power button once on right of phone.
3. Unlock - Press power button on right of phone.  Sweep screen to confirm.
4. Add New Contact - Tap Phone/Keypad and enter phone number.  Tap “Add to Contacts” Button and add details.
5. Remove A Contact - Tap Contacts from home screen.  Tap and hold on contact name and select Delete from menu.
6. Send A Contact- Tap Contacts from home screen.  Tap and hold on contact name and select Send namecard via from menu.
7. Make A Call (from Contacts list) - Tap Contacts from home screen.  Find the Contact you would like to call and swipe Left to Right.
8. Make A Video Call (from Contacts list)- Tap Contacts from home screen.  Tap on contact name and select Video Call from menu.
9. Receive A Call - Drag along “Green Button” from left to right.
10. Return A Missed Call - Tap Phone from home screen.  Tap Call Log and then swipe Left to Right across the number you wish to call back.
11. Check/Setup Voice Mail - Press and hold #1 Button for 3 secs.
12. Setup Voice Mail Number - Press and hold #1 Button for 3 secs.
13. View Text Messages - From home menu.  Tap “Messaging”.
14. Reply To A Text Message - From home menu.  Tap “Messaging”.  Find message and Swipe right to left across the message.  Tap on “Type to enter message”.  Type response and tap “Send”.
15. Send A Picture Message - From Applications menu.  Tap “Gallery” Locate the photo you want.  Tap on photo which will bring up Menu on bottom of screen.  Tap “Send via” and select “Messaging”.  Now insert Contact details and text in body and tap “send”.
16. Setup Email - From Applications Menu, “Tap Email” and fill in required fields.
17. View Email - From Applications Menu, “Tap Email” to view emails.
18. Reply to an Email - From Applications Menu, “Tap Email” to view emails.  Tap on message and tap “Reply Button” from bottom of screen.
19. Power/USB Port Charger - USB cable plugs into bottom of phone which also charges device.
20. Turn On/Off Bluetooth - From home screen tap Menu Button (Bottom left of the phone), select Settings/Wireless and Network/Bluetooth settings.  Tick Bluetooth and Scan devices.
21. Open A Browser Window – From Home menu tap Y!X TWorld button.

Samsung Galaxy S

1. Power Phone On/Off - Press and hold power button on right of phone.  Select Power off option from menu.
2. Key Lock - Press power button once on right of phone.
3. Unlock - Press power button on right of phone.  Sweep screen to confirm.
4. Add New Contact - Tap Phone/Keypad and enter phone number.  Tap “Add to Contacts” Button and add details.
5. Remove A Contact - Tap Contacts from home screen.  Tap and hold on contact name and select Delete from menu.
6. Send A Contact - Tap Contacts from home screen.  Tap and hold on contact name and select Send namecard via from menu.
7. Make A Call (from Contacts list) - Tap Contacts from home screen.  Find the Contact you would like to call and swipe Left to Right.
8. Make A Video Call (from Contacts list) - Tap Contacts from home screen.  Tap on contact name and select Video Call from menu.
9. Receive A Call - Drag along “Green Button” from left to right.
10. Return A Missed Call - Tap Phone from home screen.  Tap Call Log and then swipe Left to Right across the number you wish to call back.
11. Check/Setup Voice Mail - Press and hold #1 Button for 3 seconds.
12. Setup Voice Mail Number - Press and hold #1 Button for 3 seconds.
13. View Txt Messages - From home menu.  Tap “Messaging”.
14. Reply To A Txt Message - From home menu.  Tap “Messaging”.  Find message and Swipe right to left across the message.  Tap on “Type to compose”.  Type response and tap “Send”.
15. Send A Picture Message - From Applications menu.  Tap “Gallery” Locate the photo you want.  Tap on photo which will bring up Menu on bottom of screen.  Tap “Share/Messaging” then insert Contact details and text in body and tap “Send”.
16. Setup Email - From Applications Menu, tap "Email" and fill in required fields.
17. View Email - From Applications Menu, tap "Email" to view emails.
18. Reply to an Email - From Applications Menu, tap" Email” to view emails.  Tap on message and tap “Reply Button” from bottom of screen.
19. Power/USB Port Charger - USB cable plugs into top of phone which also charges device.  There is a dust cover which you may need to slide open to access port.
20. Turn On/Off Bluetooth - From home screen tap Menu Button (Bottom left of the phone), select Settings/Wireless and Network/Bluetooth settings.  Tick Bluetooth and Scan devices.
21. Open A Browser Window – From Home menu tap Y!X TWorld button.

Apple iPhone

1. Power Phone On/Off - Press and hold power button on top of phone. Slide to confirm.
2. Key Lock - Press power button once on top of phone.
Unlock - Press power button on top of phone. Slide to confirm.
3. Add New Contact - Tap Phone/Keypad and enter phone number. Tap + icon and add details. Tap “Done” to complete.
4. Remove A Contact - Tap Contacts from home screen. Highlight contact and tap edit, scroll down and Delete Contact.
5. Send A Contact- Unable to Send Contacts via Bluetooth/SMS/MMS
6. Make A Call (from Contacts list) - Tap Contacts from home screen. Highlight contact and tap phone number you wish to call.
7. Make A Video Call (from Contacts list)- 3GS: No front camera for Video Calling. 4: TBA
8. Receive A Call - Drag finger along slider to answer or tap “Answer”
9. Return A Missed Call - Tap Phone from home screen. Tap Recents and then tap number you wish to call back.
10. Check/Setup Voice Mail - IOS 3: Press and hold #1 Button for 3 secs. IOS 4: Dial 083210
11. Setup Voice Mail Number - IOS 3: Press and hold #1 Button for 3 secs. IOS 4: Dial 083210
12. View Text Messages - From home menu tap “Messages”.
13. Reply To A Text Message - From home menu tap “Messages”. Tap on message and then on text box at the bottom which will display QWERTY keyboard. Type response and tap “Send”.
14. Send A Picture Message - From home select Tap “Photos” Tap on the photo you want. Tap on icon on bottom left of screen. Tap “MMS”.
15. Setup Email - From home select  Tap Settings/Mail/Accounts/Add Account
16. View Email - From home select Tap Mail to view emails.
17. Reply to an Email - From home select Tap Mail to view emails. Highlight message and tap “Arrow Icon” and Reply.
18. Power/USB Port Charger - USB cable plugs into bottom of phone which also charges device.
19. Turn On/Off Bluetooth - Tap Phone from home screen. Tap Settings/General/Bluetooth. Slide to "On".
20. Open A Browser Window - Tap Safari from home screen.

Blackberry Bold

1. Power Phone On/Off - Press and hold power button/ end call button on phone, or click on menu and go to turn phone option there are options for full power or just power off, the latter does not do a full shut down, more of a hibernate.
2. Key Lock - Press Lock button on top of device.
3. Add New Contact - Go to contacts press the menu key and select new contact, a shortcut is to type in the number, press menu key and add to address book.
4. Remove A Contact - Go to contacts, find contact you want to delete, press on the menu key and delete.
5. Send A Contact - Go to contacts find contact you want to send press the menu key and use option to send as attachment
6. Make A Call (from Contacts list) - Type in part of contact name. Highlight number and press Send (Green) Button.
7. Receive A Call - Press Send (Green) Button.
8. Return A Missed Call - Press Send (Green) Button. Highlight missed number and press Send (Green) Button.
9. Check/Setup Voice Mail - Press and hold #1 Button for 3 secs.
10. Setup Voice Mail Number - From Home screen, Send/Menu/Options/Voice Mail. Enter access number, Options and Save
11. View Text Messages - From home menu select Menu/Messaging/SMS/Inbox.
12. Reply To A Text Message - From home menu select Menu/Messaging/SMS/Inbox. Highlight message. Select Menu and reply.
13. Send A Picture Message - Go to messages press the menu button and select compose MMS and browse to picture folder where the picture are saved and select picture to send
14. Setup Email - See our smartphone integration section. If using BES server emails are sent through via enterprise activation, this will need to be done by your IT people. If using BIS, you can use the email setup wizard on the handset, or go to the www.tnz.blackberry.com website. You will need to create a username and password and will also need your blackberry PIN and IMEI number.
15. View Email - Select the messages icon and view unread or read emails.
16. Reply to an Email - From the messages option select email you want to reply to, press the menu button and select reply.
17. Power/USB Port Charger - The USB cable plugs into bottom of phone which also charges device.
18. Turn On/Off Bluetooth - From home select  Menu/Manage Connections/Bluetooth.

4. Remove A Contact - Press Contacts Button. Highlight contact, press Left Menu Button and select “Delete contact”.
5. Send A Contact - Press Contacts Button. Highlight contact, press Left Menu Button, select Send, Business Card to send via txt or bluetooth.
6. Make A Call (from Contacts list) - Select Contacts from menu. Highlight contact and press Send (Left Menu) Button.
7. Make A Video Call (from Contacts list)- Select Contacts from menu. Highlight contact, press Options/Call/Video call.
8. Receive A Call - Press Send Button or Left Menu Button.
9. Return A Missed Call - Press Send (Green) Button from Home Screen, press left twice to go to Missed Calls tab, highlight missed number and Press Send (Green) Button.
10. Check/Setup Voice Mail - Press and hold #1 Button for 3 secs.
11. Setup Voice Mail Number - From Home, Menu/Control Panel/Phone/Call mailbox/Options/Change number.
12. View Text Messages - From home menu select Menu/Messaging/Inbox.
13. Reply To A Text Message - From home select Menu/Messaging/Inbox select Options/Reply
14. Send A Picture Message - From home select Menu/Media/Gallery/Images. Highlight Image, select Options/Send/Via message.

17. Reply to an Email - From home press Email Button. Highlight message, select Options and select Reply.
18. Power/USB Port Charger - The E72 comes with a charger and USB cable. USB attaches to left side, Power attaches to bottom of phone.
19. Turn On/Off Bluetooth - From home select Menu/Control Panel/Settings/Connection/Bluetooth or press and hold down Sym Key beneath the C key.
20. Open A Browser Window - From home select Web from Active Standby Menu or hold Zero (0) button.

Sony Ericsson Naite

1. Power Phone On/Off - Press and hold end call (red) button.
2. Key Lock On/Off - Press * button and then right menu button.
3. Add New Contact - Type in phone number, press Centre Button to save and add details.
4. Remove A Contact - Select Contacts from menu. Highlight contact, press Left Menu Button and select “Delete contact”.
5. Send A Contact - Select Contacts from menu. Highlight contact, press Left Menu Button and select Send contact to send via txt or Bluetooth.
6. Make A Call (from Contacts list) - Select Contacts from menu. Highlight contact and press Send (Green) Button.
