LG-Ericsson iPECs solution highlightsSIP capable out of the box: Benefit from next generation voice services today by moving your business to SIP. Digital Island business SIP trunks replace your existing phone lines, deliver the same quality and reliability at around half the cost. Use IP desk phones or soft phones: IP desk phones have dual network ports so plug straight into your existing computer LAN, get their power from the LAN so don’t require power adapters, are easier to manage than traditional digital phones. Soft phones install on your PC or laptop and deliver a host of advanced features such as remote working, call recording, and even video conferencing. Advanced voicemail features: Individual voicemail is easy to setup and manage, and contains a range of personal attendant features such as “please press 1 to leave a message or 2 to be transferred to my mobile”. Voicemail can also be delivered to the users email box as an email attachment, enabling checking of voicemail remotely without having to dial the phone system. Voicemail can also be saved and forwarded the same way as with email.
Advanced auto attendant features: Auto attendant takes away the need to have a staffed reception. It can answer multiple calls simultaneously so you can be sure that incoming calls are never kept waiting to be answered. Calls can easily be directly to the appropriate department, which saves time and delivers improved customer service. Advanced setups are available such as “Welcome to our office, if you know the extension please dial it now otherwise press 1 for sales, 2 for service or 3 for our list of staff, or hold for assistance.” Day and night services allow the attendant to be customised for inside and outside of business hours.
